Ordering
If a Limited Edition pattern is sold out when can I buy it again?
We're working with a number of suppliers to get the best high quality patterns and designs we can. Unfortunately sometimes that means limited quantities of certain patterns and we can't guarantee that once a pattern is sold out it will become available again.
Size Guide
What size should I order?
Medium Mask
Length of middle seam: 6 inches from bridge of your nose to chin.
Middle seam to mask edge: 4 inches from bridge of your nose to mask edge.
Mask edge to ear: About a finger width from edge of mask to your ear.
Large Mask
Length of middle seam: 7 inches from bridge of your nose to chin.
Middle seam to mask edge: 5 inches from bridge of your nose to mask edge.
Mask edge to ear: About a finger width from edge of mask to your ear.
With the double band style there is more freedom to criss-cross the bands and make the mask more snug or keep them separate for more room.
Shipping + Fulfillment
Can my order be returned or exchanged?
Unfortunately because of the nature of our product once it has been shipped we can't accept returns. But if there is something wrong with your order then please let us know and we'll do our best to help make it right.
When will I receive my mask?
We aim to fulfill our orders within 24 hours after receiving your order. After that it can still take 2-10 days for you to receive your order after it has been fulfilled, depending upon the shipping option you chose.
Will I get a tracking number?
If you choose the expedited shipping option then yes.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada and the US. Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada and the US but are figuring out a way to make it happen soon. Stay tuned!
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! We offer free regular shipping within Canada on orders of $30 or more.
What packaging will my mask arrive in?
In order to keep the quality of masks high and be able to give back to our community, via donated masks and proceeds, we've chosen low cost packaging to ship your order. You'll receive your order in an envelope and inside will be your masks.
Care + Protection
How should I care for my mask?
Per the CDC and Health Canada's guidelines you should definitely wash your mask after using it. You can either hand wash it with warm water + soap or put it in your laundry cycle (washer + dryer). We recommend using a delicate wash bag to keep the elastics from tangling.
Are these masks N95 or equivalent?
No. Our masks are NOT meant to replace N95 mask or any other medical grade Personal Protective Equipment.
Where can the masks be used?
That's really up to you and your judgement. Our masks are not meant to be a replacement for N95 or any other medical grade mask. Any situation where a medical grade mask is not required but you would like some protection for you and those around you is reasonable use of our masks.
Please note our claims have not been scientifically studied or proven and the best way to keep safe + healthy is to wash your hands, avoid touching your face and practice social distancing.
Donations
Masks are currently being donated across several senior residences. We will continue to rotate through organizations and those in need to best fulfil the needs of our community.
Proceeds are currently being donated to FeedOntario (formerly the Ontario Association of Food Banks) and House of Friendship in Kitchener, Ontario.
